SHIPPING AND RETURNS: Damaged items /or items received in error may be returned, at no cost to you. For exchanges or refund to your credit card within 14 days from receipt of your order, you must E-mail sales@fotoxposure.com for return approval prior to shipping with:
• Your name
• A detailed description of the problem
• Your order number
• A photo of a damaged area
Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to be in touch with you.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your order due to a mistake on your part, such as an image having a low resolution, typos and misspelled words; we will resolve that issue with you.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your product or you changed your mind and would like to request a refund, please email us with all your information; but please understand that you have to return the merchandise within 14 days. 
Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include paddings such as packing bubbles or newspaper. You are responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
