Refund policy

SHIPPING AND RETURNS: Damaged items /or items received in error may be returned, at no cost to you. For exchanges or refund to your credit card within 30 days from receipt of your order, you must E-mail sales@fotoxposure.com for return approval prior to shipping with:
• Your name
• A detailed description of the problem
• Your order number
• A photo of a damaged area
Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to be in touch with you.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your order due to a mistake on your part, such as an image having a low resolution, typos and misspelled words; we will resolve that issue with you.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your product or you changed your mind and would like to request a refund, please email us with all your information; but please understand that you have to return the merchandise within 14 days from the date we approve the return and a 20% return fee will apply. .
Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include paddings such as packing bubbles or newspaper. You are responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
